Sharon Lieblein, CSA
Sharon Chazin Lieblein, Vice President of Talent and Casting for Nickelodeon Networks, has cast and overseen casting for several hit shows for the network, including iCarly, True Jackson VP, Drake and Josh, Zoey 101, and the upcoming shows Big Time Rush and Victorius with Victoria Justice among others. Previously a staff member at Witt-Thomas Productions, Lieblein cast several shows, including The John Larroquette Show, Brotherly Love and Pearl. As a freelance casting director, she cast several pilots for Fox and television movies for NBC and CBS, as well as independent features. Lieblein, who joined Nickelodeon in 1999, works closely with the development departments at Nickelodeon and Teennick to cast its pilots, oversee episodic casting, TV movies and specials. She sits on the Board of the Casting Society of America and is the Vice Chair of the Advisory Committee for Looking Ahead, a division of the Actors Fund of America.
Mark Teschner, CSA
A native New Yorker, Mark Teschner has been a casting director for 26 years. He has been described by Rolling Stone as “an actor’s casting director” and TV Guide noted his “unparalleled track record for finding new talent.” For the past 20 years, Mark has been Casting Director for ABC Television’s General Hospital, and won the 2005, 2006 and 2007 Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Achievement for a Casting Director for a Drama Series. He has also received four additional Emmy nominations for his work on the show. Teschner recently received his fourth Artios Award for Outstanding Achievement in Daytime Drama Casting, and has received 14 additional nominations. Teschner is a former vice president of the Casting Society of America and is currently serving his second term on the Board of Governors for the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. He resides in Los Angeles.
