Tim Gibbons

Tim Gibbons is executive producer of HBO’s Curb Your Enthusiasm, for which he has won a Golden Globe, two Producers Guild of America Producer of the Year awards, two DGA awards, the Monte-Carlo Television Festival’s Outstanding Producer of the Year and has been nominated for four Primetime Emmys for Outstanding Comedy Series, plus numerous other awards. In between seasons of Curb, he has been co-executive producer for HBO’s The Unsuccessful Thug, executive producer and director for A&E’s hidden camera reality series, Spying on Myself and producer for HBO’s The Comeback. He has numerous projects in development as well. Prior to Curb, he was producer and director of The Jamie Kennedy Experiment, and was supervising producer and director for Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Gibbons is a permanent member of the national board of directors for the PGA, having also served as president for two years. He was on the jury for the Monte-Carlo Television Festival twice. Gibbons started his career in television over 30 years ago with four years at Dick Clark Productions, and through the years has worked on over 125 productions, including four years as executive in charge of production for Lorimar/Telepictures.

Steve Kent

Steve Kent serves as senior executive vice president, U.S. programming, Sony Pictures Television. Most recently Kent served as senior executive vice president, international productions, for Sony Pictures Television, where he oversaw the worldwide development and production of original local language productions, as well as scripted and unscripted formats. Kent joined the company in 1996 as vice president, production for then Columbia TriStar Television, working on series such as Dawson’s Creek and Early Edition. During this time, Kent was also instrumental in the formation of the company’s domestic Spanish-language production division, overseeing the development and production of shows for the Telemundo network. Kent also has line produced/production managed made-for-television movies, pilots and series. Before joining Sony Pictures Television, Kent spent nine years as supervising producer for the popular soap opera Santa Barbara, garnering three Emmy Awards for his work.
